I'm feeling so sad that I have to take an additional 4 weeks off due to my fracture. i've been calling it a pelvic fracture because I didn't really want to say PUBIC Bone fracture. I hate saying that but thats what it is and how I did it, I don't really know. I wish I could say it was due to a car wreck or something but it really just happened running so go ahead and assume I must have terrible form. Actually, I probably do. I will kiss the idea of breaking 3 hours away if I don't let my stupid pubic bone heal, so goodbye, see you in 4 weeks...I hope!!! I could recognize some soreness while running but no pain or soreness after. I ran an 8/min pace and ot a long run. Felt good I'm hoping Dr. brady will allow me to keep running short distances while my bone heals. I'm going for a bone scan tomorrow to check on the fracture.
