Short-Term Running Goals:

I would like to be able to increase my speed workouts without injuring my self and not let Josse pass me at the finish line.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run St. George Marathon under 3 hours. Even if it's 2:59;59 I don't care as long as I'm under 3 hours. I love running and it is my only hobby so I hope to always run and enjoy it. I would love to get my husband running with me so I'd have a partner for the early mornings, not that Michelle isn't great for that!

Personal:

I have two children, Maizey and Maxx who I think are very funny. We enjoy fishing and just being together. I'm not very talented and do not even own a scrap book because all my extra time goes to running, reading with my kids and cleaning my house!

I rode my bike to the pool but it was downhill most of the way there (4.2 miles) ran in the pool for 1 hr then rode back home-uphill most of the way so I'm only counting my ride home

5 weeks out now and I am still not able to run.  Rode my bike to the pool but I don't count the downhill.  Pool Running for 60 minutes then rode for 45 minutes after- i'm not sure what mileage to count but itvwas a good workout today.
