rode 22 on my bike. Only counting 20 due to the downhill.

tried running today- made it 3 straight until I had some pelvic pain, the pain was dull but cares me to push it, finished on my bike
Bike ride. Actually rode 24 miles but I am subtracting 4 for the downhill.
